- Intended Use
- This product is intended for use together with various other reagents (such as primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, standards and stop solution) to complete in vitro diagnostic testing based on immunological principles. It is for use only with the designated detection system.
- Principle
- Reacts with the luminescent markers in the matching chemiluminescence reagents to produce a light signal of the intensity required for testing on the applicable analyzers.
- Composition
- AMPPD, fluorescent agent and surfactant and buffer agent.
- Storage Conditions
- Unopened reagent has a shelf life of 1 year at 2-8 °C and of 14 days at 15-30 °C (room temperature). After opening, it can be stored tightly closed at 2-8 °C, with an in-use shelf life of 30 days. The reagent should be protected from direct exposure to strong light. See the product bottle label or outer packaging for the date of manufacture and expiration date.
