- Principle
- During blood cell testing, Diluent-DR60 sphers red blood cells and facilitates rapid staining of reticulocytes by the staining components in Staining Solution-FR60; reticulocytes are then detected by flow cytometry combining laser light scattering and fluorescent staining.
