- Principle
- A non-ionic, non-fluorescent sheath fluid free of azide, used in flow cytometers where cells are guided by hydrodynamic focusing to pass the laser beam in single file. The sheath fluid surrounds the sample stream in the flow cell, reducing particulate and fluorescence background for good signal-to-noise measurements.
- Composition
- Composed of sodium chloride, phosphates, preservative
- Storage Conditions
- Handle with care and stack in the direction of the arrow marks. Store in a dry, well-ventilated and clean indoor place at 2-35 °C. Shelf life 2 years; after opening, use within 60 days. See the product bottle label or outer packaging for the date of manufacture and expiration date.
